The RLS Polo Club offers a wide variety of hospitality opportunities in any one of our several unique venues. Our exclusive location caters for anything from small meetings to large conferences. The Stoneythorpe Estate is conveniently situated for the NEC and National Indoor Arena and is quickly located and accessible from the M40 and M1 motorways as well as Royal Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry Railway Stations. Both Coventry and Birmingham International Airports are situated nearby and there is a helicopter shuttle service available from Central London, Coventry and Birmingham to the Stoneythorpe Estate itself. There is on site parking for several hundred cars available and excellent access for long vehicles and lorries.

A variety of exciting and exclusive activities are available, including exhibition polo matches, organised by prior arrangement, providing an exciting and glamorous backdrop to your company event. Our experienced hospitality team can provide suitable menus and bar facilities as required.

All our event hire spaces have conferencing facilities and provide access to computer and copying equipment.
